ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Alexis! I am currently providing doula services in Chula Vista and San Diego, CA. I am a wife to my active duty husband and a mother of three beautiful girls. We lived in Hawaii from 2015-2018 and just relocated back to our hometown of San Diego, CA after living in Kentucky for two years. I love spending time with family, friends, and eating yummy food. 

Having children of my own lit a fire within myself to want to help and educate mama's to be on their pregnancy and child birth journey. I want to advocate for women throughout their birth and be sure they are doing what is best for them and their babies. Through my training through DONA International, I am able to do just that.

Whether you have a midwife or OB-GYN, want a medicated or unmedicated childbirth, as your birth doula I will be here for you and your partner every step of the way. Your birth, your choice. I believe one’s birth experience is extremely important and everyone deserves a positive and memorable birth experience. As a military spouse, I am familiar with being away from family and loved ones during pregnancy and as your doula, want to help you recieve the help and love you deserve during this incredibly important time of your life.

Not only do I want to support you, I want to support the people you love! Whether it’s a significant other, parent/guardian, sibling, or friend accompanying you through birth- I will be there to help the both of you. I will attend all hospital, birth center births, and at-home births as long as a licensed or certified midwife is in attendance.
